yep, this morning after being assaulted with a big box of goldfish crackers in the hands of some unnamed little girl who appeared next to my bed, way earlier than I had anticipated greeting the day.
Really nice, Cog. It reminds me of the layers of mountains here in CA that appear layered against each other when there is fog or smoke in the air.

I love yellow and in my native Cuba it brings good luck. When the New Year comes in we must wear something yellow. I never go to the doctor wearing any other color. That little girl that gets you up much too early is your yellow good luck and joy.

I think it’s quite appropriate that our lovely Miss Irma has left the 1000th comment here at The Flies. I know most real bloggers would laugh that it would take three years to get to 1000 comments, but hey, I kinda take pride in my blog not being an exact copy of a million other blogs, and the lack of interest from all but the hardy souls who would hang out here, I think, makes it more special.
So thank you, Miss Irma, and thank you to everyone else who has left a mark that I didn’t delete.
